Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk, Poland is seeking an Associate Fullstack Software Engineer to design and deliver backend services with Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend apps using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

You will own end-to-end features across the stack, write tests, and ensure high quality UI integration with RESTful APIs. The role is hybrid, requiring some onsite work in the Gdańsk office, with collaboration across international teams and strong emphasis on code

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, CS, data science or related field.
• At least 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks.
• Develop frontend applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Own end-to-end features across the full stack and ensure test coverage.
• Create responsive, accessible UIs that integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA.
• Use Git and CI/CD; follow branching and MR workflows.
• Work with Docker and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and process improvements.

As an **Associate Fullstack Software Engineer**, you will join the AvionX Poland team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple product lines across Boeing AvionX.**Hiring details:*** This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.* This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Gdańsk office.
