Fortrea seeks an Executive Director to lead Global Clinical Development, shaping operational delivery strategies and differentiating Fortrea’s proposals. You will oversee cross-functional input, drive governance, and mentor a global GenMed team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree, APRN, MPH, PhD and/or MBA preferred.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Leads development and execution of the GenMed strategic roadmap and growth strategies.
• Builds senior relationships across pharma, biotech, KOLs and sites to strengthen Fortrea's market position.
• Leads end-to-end business development strategies, including RFI responses and proposal development.
• Markets Fortrea’s capabilities through publications, conferences and webinars.
