We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our CEO and support the delivery of key business priorities.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, helping coordinate strategic initiatives, governance activities, leadership communications, and business planning.
You’ll be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring priorities move forward and leaders can focus on making impactful decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute directly to strategic decision-making in a global organisation.
You’ll work across multiple business areas, coordinate high-impact initiatives, and help shape modern ways of working through technology and AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot.
Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting strategic priorities and key initiatives.
Coordinating leadership meetings, governance forums, and executive activities.
Preparing executive briefings, presentations, reports, and communications.
Tracking actions, decisions, and business priorities to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinating strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Aviva.
Supporting leadership events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
Leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools to improve productivity and ways of working.
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a complex international organisation.
Strong understanding of business operations, governance, and executive decision-making.
Experience coordinating projects, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional activities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to proactively identify priorities, risks, and opportunities.
Strong analytical skills and experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Interest in AI and digital innovation, including Microsoft Copilot.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written.
Professional English language skills (minimum B2 level).
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
