Job summary

PRACYVA in Poland seeks an experienced Senior Oracle DBA to manage large-scale Exadata and ExaCC environments, overseeing installation, patching, upgrades, and RAC/Grid Infrastructure operations.

You will coordinate with Oracle Support, OCI, and application teams, perform RMAN backups, DR planning, performance tuning, and security/compliance reviews. Excellent scripting skills and hands-on experience with OEM/OMS and monitoring tools are required.

Qualifications

Certification – Oracle 11g/12c certified.
Strong database administration and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience in Global Customer environment.
Database Upgrades & Migrations (On-Prem → Exadata → ExaCC).
Disaster recovery design and administration.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale Oracle database estates including Exadata and ExaCC.
Administer Exadata (On-Prem) and ExaCC, including lifecycle operations.
Patch management and upgrades of Oracle databases.
Design HA and DR solutions using RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate.
RMAN backups, restores, cloning, migrations across environments.
Coordinate with Oracle Support and OCI for Sev-1 incidents.
Performance tuning using AWR/ADDM/ASH; Exadata optimizations.
Automation via shell/PL/SQL scripts; SLA tracking and reporting.
