Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking an experienced EUS Tower Lead to drive the development of Employee Experience solutions for complex client engagements. You will work closely with clients, bid teams, and senior stakeholders to create scalable, competitive end-user services that transform digital workplaces.

You will oversee cost modelling, presales activities, and solution documentation while collaborating with architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure value delivery and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in presales, solution management, or solution development for End User Services or Digital Workplace environments.
  • Proven experience supporting workplace transformations with Microsoft 365, VDI, endpoint management, and security.
  • Strong understanding of End User Services: Service Desk, Onsite Support, Workplace Services, and Modern Workplace models.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, Citrix, Windows).
  • Experience leading or coordinating solution development within bid teams and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of End User Services solutions for complex engagements.
  • Own EUS Tower contribution in presales, including requirements analysis and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with bid managers, architects, SMEs, and other leaders to define winning client solutions.
  • Develop cost models covering effort, licensing, hardware, software, and third-party services.
  • Support commercial and contractual deliverables: SOWs, SLAs, and solution docs.
  • Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to present and refine proposed solutions.
  • Drive alignment across delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on risks and opportunities.
  • Use market trends and industry best practices to enhance competitiveness of the EUS portfolio.

Your role

As an EUS Tower Lead, you will lead the development of innovative, scalable, and commercially competitive Employee Experience solutions for complex client engagements. Working closely with clients, bid teams, and senior stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise, business insight, and market knowledge to create solutions that drive workforce productivity, digital workplace transformation, and exceptional employee experiences across modern enterprise environments.

Your tasks
  • Lead the end-to-end development of End User Services solutions across transition, run, and transformation phases for complex client engagements.
  • Own the EUS Tower contribution throughout the presales lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution scoping, RFI/RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with bid managers, solution architects, SMEs, and other tower leads to define integrated and competitive client solutions.
  • Develop solution cost models, including effort estimations, licensing, hardware, software, third-party services, and supporting assumptions.
  • Support the preparation of commercial and contractual deliverables, including Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, and solution documentation.
  • Engage with clients, senior stakeholders, and partners to present, defend, and refine proposed solutions and value propositions.
  • Drive alignment across delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Leverage market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to identify workplace transformation opportunities and enhance the competitiveness of the Employee Experience portfolio.
Your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in presales, solution management, or solution development, with a focus on End User Services, Employee Experience, or Digital Workplace environments.
  • Proven experience supporting workplace transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, virtual desktop solutions, endpoint management, workplace security, application transformation, or user experience management.
  • Strong understanding of End User Services, including Service Desk, Onsite Support, Workplace Services, and Modern Workplace operating models.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ecosystems, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, Citrix, Windows platforms, or related workplace technologies.
  • Experience managing the full presales lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution scoping, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to perform cost estimations, build cost models, assess risks, and develop business cases, Statements of Work, and related solution documentation.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and present solution strategies to senior stakeholders, including executive and CxO-level audiences.
  • Experience leading or coordinating solution development within multidisciplinary bid teams, providing guidance, challenge, and direction to SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
