Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy seeks an experienced End User Specialist – Collaboration in Katowice to own and evolve Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will lead security-driven improvements, handle on-call support, and drive automation via PowerShell and Azure DevOps to ensure reliable collaboration across the business.

The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft 365 administration, strong English communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Enterprise File Services.
• Experience implementing security and governance best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, retention, auditing, and least-privilege access models.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting (highly desirable).
• Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services.
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line support and participate in on-call rotation.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex collaboration and identity issues.
• Manage configuration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment.
• Translate security requirements into practical solutions (MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege, etc.).
• Develop PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, and vendors to deliver secure services.

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line technical support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex collaboration, authentication, identity, mail flow, and file service issues
• Manage configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment
• Translate security requirements into practical solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege access, retention, data protection, sharing policies, and auditing
• Drive service reliability, resilience, compliance, automation, and operational excellence
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, business teams, and external vendors to deliver secure and scalable collaboration services
• Support audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and risk remediation initiatives
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards
• Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to building a strong technical community

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Enterprise File Services
• Strong expertise in:
• Experience implementing security and governance best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, retention, auditing, and least-privilege access models
• Experience with PowerShell scripting (highly desirable)
• Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines for automation
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), change management, and supplier collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
