Job summary

OPmobility in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Supplier Risk Management Assets Professional Europe to consolidate asset inventories and coordinate relocations across supplier sites. The role involves extensive travel to supplier locations and close collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to ensure production continuity.

The position offers hybrid work with 2 days per week remote, private life insurance, and social benefits as part of OPmobility’s employment package.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to supplier locations for on-site inventories >50% time.
• Basic technical knowledge regarding assets.
• Good knowledge of tools and solutions to define processes optimizations, automatization and efficiency increases.
• Attitude focused on delivering results in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Control and maintain European scope for inventory audits.
• Conduct onsite and remote inventory audits to identify assets leased by OPM to the Tier 2 suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date database of assets inventory in TEMPO including 3D models of tools and pictures confirming inventory results.
• Fulfil KPI's related with inventory audits.
• Support asset relocations between suppliers production sites.
• Support and lead tools adaptation at supplier plant.
• Participate in the try-outs at the supplier, evaluate mold robustness.
• Support technical assessment of the tools before and after relocations.
• Sign transfer protocol for relocated tools.
• Stay in close communication with Supply Chain, Operations and Quality for topics related with asset inventory and relocation processes.
