ADI Global Distribution, known in Poland through Ultrak Security Systems, seeks an experienced Accounting Manager, Central Europe to oversee statutory reporting, tax governance, and regulatory compliance across Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. You will partner with Finance teams to ensure US GAAP alignment and robust internal controls.

The role reports to the International Controller and supports a multinational finance function, driving process improvements and audit readiness

Formación

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent).
• Experience in Controllership, Financial Reporting, Accounting or Audit in multinational environment.
• Understanding of US GAAP, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory reporting and multi-country legal entity compliance.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead statutory reporting & financial control for all entities within scope.
• Oversee tax & regulatory compliance including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Coordinate transfer pricing reporting and related declarations.
• Manage government and statistical reporting across jurisdictions.
