Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and shape technology strategy with a hands-on approach to delivery and value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international IT role in manufacturing.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics and AI.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the digital transformation agenda across Europe.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Manufacturing.
• Pilot and scale AI solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Lead IT and business systems initiatives from concept to deployment.
