Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage EU-wide technical and business hiring on a contract basis, remotely in the EU. You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive direct sourcing, and partner with managers to shape profiles and strategy.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, ensure a positive candidate experience, and work with SmartRecruiters in a distributed Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Proven ability to recruit top engineering talent across cloud, infrastructure, and software development with Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing, and talent market research.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, with SmartRecruiters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EU recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results.
• Act as a recruiting advisor with insights on talent market conditions and feasibility.
• Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience.
• Use SmartRecruiters to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows.
• Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently.
