Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our European Regulatory Affairs GBS team based in Krakow, Poland. You will work with an international team spanning over 20 nationalities, ensuring compliance for Biocides, Medical Devices and product registrations.

You will manage regulatory data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support EU regulatory projects while contributing to a matrix organization across Europe. Relocation support and hybrid work are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a scientific/technical field.
• 1–3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience or related regulated industry.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance and administration in internal regulatory systems and records (e.g., label approvals).
• Lead and/or support local and European Regulatory Affairs projects with timely implementation.
• Prepare and submit national product registrations (Biocides, Medical Devices).
• Gather and review internal data to ensure formal compliance.
