Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager (REACH Expert) to enable DKSH’s Specialty Chemicals business across Europe. The role focuses on dossier management, regulatory intelligence, and partnering with commercial teams to protect market access in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

Based in Warsaw, you will collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry groups while guiding cross‑functional teams on compliance strategy and risk mitigation for multiple markets across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 5–10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven expertise in REACH registrations and European chemical regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain REACH registrations and regulatory dossiers to ensure compliance.
• Monitor REACH, CLP, BPR, and other EU regulations to identify regulatory risk.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EU, UK, and Switzerland to safeguard market access.
• Provide regulatory guidance and risk assessments to commercial and operations teams.
• Support audits, inspections, regulatory defense activities, and process improvements.
• Represent DKSH in industry associations and regulatory working groups.
