Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Warsaw seeks a Manager Regulatory Affairs Europe (REACH Expert) to lead registrations, dossiers, and regulatory strategy across the EU, UK, and Switzerland, ensuring ongoing compliance and market access.

You will collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal teams, monitor new regulations, and guide business decisions with risk assessments. A chemistry background and 5–10 years of RA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 5–10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven expertise in REACH registrations and European chemical regulations.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain REACH registrations and regulatory dossiers to ensure continuous compliance and business readiness.
• Monitor and interpret REACH, CLP, BPR, and other European chemical regulations to proactively identify and manage regulatory risk.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the supply chain in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, safeguarding uninterrupted market access.
• Provide regulatory guidance and risk assessments to commercial and operational teams, enabling informed and compliant business decisions.
• Support audits, inspections, regulatory defense activities, and process improvements to strengthen the organisation's compliance posture.
• Represent DKSH in industry associations and regulatory working groups, building strategic influence and awareness of developments.
