Qualifications

• Some years of experience in a software-related technical support role.
• Flexible and willing to travel for European projects.
• Previous experience in onsite and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support software integration projects for customers.
• Act as the main technical contact for software integration questions.
• Coordinate rollout of new software releases to the field.
• Gather customer feedback for future improvements.
