Job summary

Outsourcey, a dynamic HR and data solutions provider, seeks an ETL Developer to join our cross‑functional team. You will design and maintain ETL/ELT processes, build SAP BODS workflows, and drive data migration initiatives while ensuring data quality and integrity.

You will collaborate with analysts and architects across projects, optimize SQL queries, and contribute to data modeling and documentation. This role offers growth within a fast-paced BPO environment and exposure to global clients in

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in ETL development or data integration roles.
• Hands-on SAP BODS experience for ETL development.
• Proficient in SQL Server, complex queries, and tuning.
• Familiar with relational databases and admin concepts.
• Experience with data migration projects and data validation.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes across systems.
• Build data workflows using SAP BODS for extraction, transformation, loading.
• Lead and participate in data migration projects with validation.
• Develop and test SQL queries in SQL Server and related environments.
• Work with relational databases, including schema design and indexing.
• Profile, cleanse, and transform data to meet business rules.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and implement recovery.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and application teams on data needs.
• Support data modeling and metadata documentation for ETL.
• Maintain data lineage and integration flows in docs and tooling.
• Assist in DB environments setup and admin tasks as needed.
• Provide data delivery support to reporting/BI platforms.
• Optimize ETL performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and process improvements.
• Adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
