Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a RegTech project focused on regulatory reporting using AxiomSL. The role emphasizes manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring accurate regulatory processes within a complex data environment.

You will create and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases, collaborate with stakeholders to refine scenarios, prepare test data, execute SIT, perform manual regression, and report results while coordinating with AxiomSL stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ISTQB certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience.
• At least 3+ years hands-on ETL testing.
• Proven experience in data warehouse and/or big data environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases from business requirements.
• Experience with defect management and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases based on requirements.
• Identify gaps in requirements and refine test scenarios with stakeholders.
• Prepare and assign appropriate test data for execution.
• Execute SIT and validate end-to-end business processes.
• Perform manual regression testing and manage test execution.
• Document test results and ensure traceability.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and collaborate with business users.
• Handle defect reporting, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and AxiomSL stakeholders to deliver tests.
