Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a qualified professional to support ESG reporting development in an international banking environment. You will work on regulatory reporting, data-driven processes, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality ESG outputs.

You will contribute from both business and technical perspectives, supporting reporting automation, data analysis, and SQL-based solutions while engaging with IT and business teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Banking, ESG, or related areas.
• Experience with Data Handling, Reporting, and Process Automation.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with Reporting Systems or Reporting Process Development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the production and delivery of ESG Reports in line with Regulatory Requirements and internal guidelines.
• Support the development and enhancement of ESG Reporting Processes, including Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 reporting initiatives.
• Analyze Large Datasets, validate reporting outputs, and prepare submissions for Financial Supervisory Authorities.
• Drive improvements in Reporting, Data Management, and Process Automation.
• Gather and document Business Requirements and Process Requirements for future ESG reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Teams and Solution Delivery Teams to refine requirements and support implementation activities.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, Dry Runs, and validation of newly developed functionalities.
• Work across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality End-to-End Reporting Processes.
