Qualifications

• Professional-level verbal and written German and English.
• Experience in technical support or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Experience with ERP, enterprise software, or SaaS.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for Infor ERP applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis.
• Manage and prioritize customer cases through ServiceNow and other tools.
• Conduct customer calls and remote troubleshooting sessions.
• Analyze system behavior related to databases, workflows, and access.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Consulting teams.
• Create and maintain case documentation and knowledge base content.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
