Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks an experienced ERP Solution Consultant / Business Analyst to own the billing domain end-to-end, bridging Finance, business stakeholders and IT to optimize the ERP and billing landscape. You will translate requirements into concrete concepts and design new processes within the ERP environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with C# engineering teams, strong understanding of finance workflows, and ability to drive end-to-end improvements in a flexible work setting.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Consultant / Business Analyst who can take end-to-end ownership of the billing domain, act as the main interface between Finance, business stakeholders and IT, and help further develop and optimize the existing ERP and billing landscape.r

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Finance and business stakeholders regarding billing-related processes and requirements
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the billing process within the client
• Analyze existing billing and finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Translate Finance and business requirements into functional and technical solution concepts
• Design and support implementation of new business processes within the ERP environment
• Define and optimize ERP-related workflows, including: approvals, review processes, escalations, automated processing steps
• Analyze and design data flows and integrations between ERP and the existing system landscape
• Collaborate closely with development teams responsible for the existing C# billing components
• Support alignment between ERP capabilities, existing custom billing logic, and future business requirements
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between Finance, business teams, and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an ERP Solution Consultant, ERP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role
• Solid understanding of Finance and billing processes
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business process design
• Experience with enterprise ERP solutions such as SAP, Unit4, or comparable financial ERP systems
• Experience designing and implementing new business processes within ERP systems
• Experience integrating ERP solutions into complex existing system landscapes
• Good understanding of: system integrations, data flows, batch processing, interfaces and APIs, import/export mechanisms
• Experience designing and configuring business workflows and process automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of an end-to-end business process
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Unit4 ERP On-Prem
• Previous experience as a Unit4 Solution Consultant or Solution Architect
• Knowledge of Unit4 financial modules:General Ledger (GL),Accounts Receivable (AR),Accounts Payable (AP)
• Understanding of Unit4 customization and configuration capabilities
• Experience with Unit4 integration mechanisms, including:
  • Web services
  • APIs
  • Import/export mechanisms
  • Batch imports such as GL07
• Understanding of software development environments and ability to effectively collaborate with C# engineering teams
