Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc is implementing a multi-year ERP modernization program for its EU Consumer division. The IT Implementation Analyst will deploy the ePS Packaging Suite and related programs across production facilities, acting as a trusted advisor on the future tech landscape and system deployments.

The role requires gathering requirements, driving system implementation across discovery, design, training, testing, and cutover, and partnering with Data Analysts for data migration and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementation, business systems, or change management.
• Ability to gather and document requirements accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation activities from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
