Job summary

Roche is seeking a Security and Compliance Expert for ERP Data Platform to secure SAP environments and ensure governance across on-premise and cloud data products. The role emphasizes ICFR ownership, SoD risk monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid work setting.

You will lead policy development, regulatory alignment (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST), and automation initiatives while partnering with global teams to protect Roche’s data and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering with 5+ years in SAP Security and Compliance
• Proven SME in ICFR, GxP, and GRC environments
• Working knowledge of SAP BW, HANA Studio, SAP BI and SAP Datasphere

Responsibilities

• Implement security, authorization, and compliance standards for SAP ERP platforms
• Monitor regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) and align systems
• Lead data governance and ICFR control activities across on-prem and cloud environments
• Oversee SoD risk monitoring and remediation in SAP Security standards
• Drive process improvements and automation in data products
