Job summary
Unravel in Wrocław is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to lead enterprise ERP transformations across international client engagements. You will design and architect BC-based solutions aligned with business needs, oversee end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, provide technical guidance to delivery teams, and travel occasionally (Dubai and other locations) to workshops and delivery activities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV experience.
- Experience as Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior/Functional/Technical Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of BC architecture, configuration and customization.
- Hands-on ERP implementations, upgrades and integrations.
- Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs.
- Translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Understanding ERP best practices and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Experience in project estimation, planning and costing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel occasionally for business trips (Dubai+).
- Experienced with AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Provide advisory support on ERP systems, digital transformation and process optimization.
