Job summary

Egis is seeking a Head of Environment & Energy Advisory in Poland to lead the growth of our environmental and energy advisory activity within the Energy & Sustainable Cities business. The role emphasizes market development, client engagement and cross-functional leadership across national and international teams.

The successful candidate will build aPipeline, expand into energy sectors, strengthen capabilities, and position Egis as a trusted advisor on permitting and environmental strategy,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in environmental consulting, infrastructure or energy sector.
• Proven track record in business development / market growth.
• Experience in environmental permitting / EIA and large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience in building client relationships and winning work.
• Fluent English (mandatory – regular interaction with Group).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow environmental and energy advisory pipeline in Poland.
• Expand into energy and advanced infrastructure sectors and develop opportunities.
• Develop relationships with public authorities, contractors and energy stakeholders.
• Position Egis as a trusted advisor in environmental and permitting topics.
• Lead and develop the environmental team within the Energy business and recruit for growth.
• Collaborate with Group teams and cross-functional projects, leveraging international expertise.
