Job description
Responsibilities
  • Primary focus on Environmental Compliance, with additional responsibilities in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Ensure implementation of the HSE system according to legislation and global requirements
  • Promote HSE awareness and provide training to staff across departments
  • Supervise suppliers to ensure compliance with HSE standards
  • Monitor and report HSE performance, update LMPS boards, flag critical issues, investigare accidents and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct inspections and audits of operational controls (e.g., emergency exits, chemical storage)
  • Preventive actions and HSE initiatives improve safety, productivity, and quality
Qualifications
  • University degree or 1–2 years of vocational technical training (C level)
  • 1–6+ years of relevant work experience depending on career level
  • Experience in industrial HSE environments, preferably in blade production
  • Prior experience in communication and coordination with regulatory authorities
  • Some hands‑on experience in environmental permitting processes, including permit modifications
  • Familiarity with BDO systems and procedures
  • Basic understanding of KOBIZE reporting requirements
  • Basic English language skills (spoken and written)
