Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT transformation projects.
• Roles like Enterprise Architect, Technology Manager or Technical Programme Manager preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise technology standards and best practices.
• Lead technology modernisation initiatives including cloud adoption and systems integration.
• Identify opportunities to retire legacy technologies and introduce scalable solutions.
• Act as a technical authority across enterprise apps and integration platforms.
• Improve IT processes using ITIL, BPMN and Lean methodologies.
• Develop governance frameworks for quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and support teams through technology change and adoption.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle from design to implementation.
