Job summary

XTB, a leading FinTech in Poland, invites an experienced risk professional to join its Enterprise Risk Management function. You will develop and embed the ERM framework, shape risk appetite, monitor RCSA processes and lead reporting to senior management.

The role emphasizes hands-on risk assessment, resilience, vendor risk and clear, actionable insights for the Management Board. Hybrid work and big development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management within a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments (RCSA, risk registers, etc.).
• Good understanding of Risk Appetite Frameworks and KRIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting and escalation.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework, including risk appetite statements, limits and KRIs, and support monitoring and escalation.
• Coordinate and challenge RCSA processes across the organisation, working with business owners to ensure material risks and controls are identified.
• Assess ICT and operational resilience risks from an enterprise-wide perspective and report to senior management.
• Assess and monitor material third-party risks, including provider dependencies and potential business impact.
• Prepare and improve risk reporting, including dashboards and materials for Management Board and Risk Committee.
• Develop and maintain risk management tools and systems for effective assessment, monitoring and reporting.
