Job summary

3-GIS is looking for an Implementation Engineer to provide support for the implementation and configuration of the 3-GIS application suite. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting client issues related to ESRI ArcGIS software.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS and Windows Server Administration is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in implementation or related role.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and tune performance for 3-GIS solutions.
• Troubleshoot client issues with ESRI GIS software and user workflows.
• Train users on the proper use of 3-GIS Network Solution.
