Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Platform Architect to join a large-scale transformation program in the healthcare sector. You will define and evolve the technology foundation for enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives while leading cross-functional teams.

In a complex, regulated environment you will design scalable, governed platform capabilities, drive cloud-native solutions (Azure and AWS), and establish cost management, governance, and operational

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data platforms or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years in Architect role leading tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term architecture strategy and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
• Lead platform governance, technology selection and decision-making for enterprise solutions.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI adoption via scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive platform reliability, automation, and service delivery across global environments.
• Establish cost management frameworks and optimization of cloud-based services.
• Build and lead international teams for platform architecture, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement.
