Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced data architecture lead to spearhead enterprise-wide data practices in a regulated, research-driven environment. You’ll shape the data strategy, establish scalable information frameworks, and enable data-driven initiatives across business units.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data assets are reliable, accessible, and ready to support advanced analytics and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in data architecture, data management, analytics, or related areas in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, distributed platforms, scalable data management.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments, data modeling, and SQL.
• Understanding of data governance, master data management, metadata, lineage and quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and governance.
• Design scalable data solutions for reporting, analytics, and operations.
• Translate business needs into reusable data products and information models.
• Guide teams in consistent data structures, semantic frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data capabilities and AI-ready ecosystem.
