Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in IT Governance and ERP to shape architectural direction across large enterprise systems in Poland and Europe. The role focuses on governance, standards, and ensuring architecture decisions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

You will design architectures for ERP, integrations, data, cloud, and security, while collaborating with IT leadership and delivery teams to drive consistency and adoption

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in IT Governance and architecture governance processes.
• Strong ERP experience - mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, system integrations and architectural dependencies.
• Experience defining architecture standards, reference architectures and solution design principles.
• Ability to balance business requirements, technical constraints, security, compliance and long-term IT strategy.
• Experience working in large, mature or highly regulated organisations; financial services / banking experience would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions and share knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve solution architectures across ERP, applications, integration, data, Cloud and Security.
• Define and implement architecture principles, standards, reference architectures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, security requirements and business objectives.
• Contribute to target architecture definition and technology roadmaps.
• Establish and improve architecture decision-making processes, ownership models and governance practices.
• Assess solution designs, technology choices, architectural dependencies, risks and technical debt.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, IT leadership and delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency.
• Promote best practices and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI / GenAI.

I’m looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in IT Governance for my client - a large international organisation with several thousand employees across Poland and Europe.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing IT solutions, strengthening architecture governance, and ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
