Job summary

SoftServe Inc. is looking for a senior AI/ML leader to define the technical direction and lead delivery of Generative AI and agentic solutions. You will guide multi-agent systems and NLP pipelines within a large, expert AI/Data Science Center of Excellence.

You will shape AI strategy for world-leading clients, scale solutions from prototype to production, and mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers. The role offers flexible work options and collaboration across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development and large-scale experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and NLP, including LLMs and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) and multi-agent system design.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions to major cloud providers and managing ML lifecycle at production scale.
• Experience leading or mentoring Data Scientists or ML engineers and embedding engineering best practices.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical vision for AI initiatives using the latest generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Advance agentic AI capabilities by designing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Foster client relationships by identifying opportunities and translating complex concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms with MLOps collaboration.
• Establish end-to-end AI development processes from data pipelines to LLMOps and monitoring.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers, embedding best practices in Generative AI and engineering excellence.
• Contribute to thought leadership through technical publications and industry events.
