Job summary

Circle K Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in Warsaw seeks an experienced Agile Lead to shape and drive organizational Agile transformation. You will connect strategy with execution, engage senior leadership, and create conditions for Agile to thrive across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Agile environments, strong experience in transformation, and solid coaching and change-management skills to navigate complex conversations and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments with strong practical experience in Agile transformation.
• Strong knowledge of change management and coaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to embed Agile principles into strategy and organizational change.
• Build relationships with Stakeholders, Engineering and Product leaders to influence scale Agile delivery.
• Support Product Directors and Tech Managers in backlog management and incremental delivery.
