Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering group of 30+ people.
• Own engineering competence across various commerce technologies.
• Jump into projects in crisis and provide actionable solutions.
• Support deal reviews with architecture options and estimates.
• Monitor engineering health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit and grow engineers and tech leads.
