Procter & Gamble is hiring an IT Software Engineer at our Warsaw plant to translate requirements into robust, testable code and to drive end-to-end development with CI/CD tooling. You will collaborate with product and operations teams to integrate systems and contribute to architecture design where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Architectural mindset with a product- and user-focused approach.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and designs.
• Knowledge of software development principles and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software testing practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to React, frontend development, GCP, full-stack development, or AI-assisted coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements and user stories into a robust design of code for the product or application.
• Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed.
• Implement code across the software development life cycle steps preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration.
• Work closely with product and operations teams for systems/services the software integrates with.
• Play a role in architecture design of the application where applicable/appropriate.
