Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a senior software engineering leader to guide multiple teams and shape engineering strategy for ecommerce projects.

You will mentor engineers, drive DX improvements, align with product and business goals, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Fluent English is required; 8+ years in software and 3+ years leading teams, with hands-on PHP, Golang or React experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• 0
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience working in e-commerce environments.
• Understanding of Developer Experience (DX).
• Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1).
