is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead software teams and shape engineering strategy for a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. You will mentor developers, drive project planning and delivery, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders while promoting DX practices and scalable architectures. Strong leadership, 8+ years in software engineering, and fluent English are required; experience managing teams and delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, Golang or React.
• Experience working in e-commerce environments.
• Understanding of Developer Experience (DX).
• Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1).
