Job summary

Reap is a global fintech enabling borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance. We are seeking an Engineering Manager, Treasury, to lead the team building money movement systems that span regions, currencies, and partners.

You will own treasury infrastructure, wallet integrations, and the design of key management and reconciliation flows, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product leadership. You will work across global hubs, influence architecture, and drive reliability, observability,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience in treasuries, ledgers, or FX, with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience building and operating business-critical treasury systems.
• Broad fluency across finance stack: virtual assets, fiat currencies, blockchains, and payment networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Treasury domain engineering, assets and currency rails, and global ledger infrastructure.
• Lead architecture and production operations for treasury systems and wallet integrations.
• Partner with product and leadership to translate treasury strategy into scalable systems.
