Job summary

Finom is a fast-growing European fintech looking for an Engineering Manager who blends technical leadership with product building. You will guide a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA to deliver value for hundreds of thousands of European businesses.

You will partner with Product and Design to ensure outcomes, manage hiring and growth, and drive scalable architecture while balancing debt and delivery speed. This role offers hybrid work across Europe and stock options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Deep technical knowledge across C#/JavaScript/Go and related stacks.
• Experience in product-led organizations with international scope.
• Exceptional communication in English across all audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of 5-10 engineers to ship impactful products.
• Partner with PM to frame problems for business outcomes.
• Balance feature delivery with technical debt and scalability.
• Own hiring, growth plans, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Design for predictable delivery.
