Job summary

Asana in Warsaw is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and lead a new team focused on agentic dashboards and reporting platforms. You will coach engineers, set architectural direction, and drive delivery from frontend to database, partnering with the New York team.

The role is based in the Warsaw office with a hybrid schedule. In-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; some WFH on Wednesdays, with Friday dependent on work and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams that build scalable web applications and systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and technical tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to establish delivery practices that help teams ship reliably.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging tech and AI-native product mindset.
• Proven collaboration with Product Managers and Designers to balance health and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build a new engineering team in Warsaw from the ground up, hiring engineers and helping them grow.
• Guide architecture across the stack and coach engineers on technical decisions.
• Establish planning and delivery practices to ship dashboards and platform capabilities quickly and reliably.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design and other product teams to define priorities and deliver capabilities.
• Champion accountability and align team outcomes with Asana's strategic goals.
