Auctane Poland Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a growing Polish engineering team.

You will enhance tools and processes for people management and collaborate with other engineering managers to define new workflows and drive improvements across international products. About the role

As an Engineering Manager, you will have a significant impact on your team’s operations. You will continuously enhance tools and processes for people management while collaborating with engineering managers to define new workflows and implement improvements.
