Job summary

Cundall is seeking a motivated student to join our Warsaw team to gain practical experience in building services design and project support. You will work closely with experienced Design Managers, helping to keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and coordinate information across the design team.

You will develop skills in reporting, scheduling, and using BIM tools while learning how multidisciplinary teams deliver major projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or qualification in engineering or a related field.
• Interest in engineering and the built environment is beneficial.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support across live projects, including reports and trackers.
• Maintain schedules, record meeting notes and actions.

The Role You’ll Play

This opportunity is ideal for a current student who is looking to gain practical experience in the building services design sector while developing administrative, coordination and project support skills.
Working closely with our experienced Design Managers, you’ll support the smooth running of live projects and gain valuable insight into how complex design projects are coordinated and delivered.
Your role will involve a variety of project support tasks, including reports, maintaining schedules and trackers, recording meeting notes and actions, organising project information, supporting BIM team or document control processes and assisting with general coordination across the design team.
You’ll also have the chance to shadow Design Managers, attend project meetings where appropriate and learn more about the wider design management process. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your professional skills and understand how multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver major projects.

The Skills You’ll Bring

• You’ll currently be studying towards a degree or relevant qualification (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; etc.) and be keen to gain hands‑on experience in an administrative or project support role.
• An interest in engineering, design, construction, data centres or the built environment would be beneficial, but we’re also keen to hear from students who are curious to learn more about the sector.
• You’ll be organised, methodical and able to manage your time effectively while supporting multiple tasks and deadlines.
• You’ll have strong attention to detail and be comfortable preparing documents, updating trackers, recording information accurately and following agreed processes.
• You’ll be open to using AI tools responsibly to support efficiency, organisation and quality.
• Familiarity with Revit would be beneficial, along with an interest in or experience of scripting to help improve workflows, automate routine tasks and support more efficient design coordination.
• Collaborative and proactive in nature, you’ll be confident communicating with others, asking questions and supporting the wider team where needed.
• You’ll bring a positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, develop and contribute to project work in a professional team environment.
