Cundall is seeking a motivated student to join our Warsaw team to gain practical experience in building services design and project support. You will work closely with experienced Design Managers, helping to keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and coordinate information across the design team.
You will develop skills in reporting, scheduling, and using BIM tools while learning how multidisciplinary teams deliver major projects.

This opportunity is ideal for a current student who is looking to gain practical experience in the building services design sector while developing administrative, coordination and project support skills.
Working closely with our experienced Design Managers, you’ll support the smooth running of live projects and gain valuable insight into how complex design projects are coordinated and delivered.
Your role will involve a variety of project support tasks, including reports, maintaining schedules and trackers, recording meeting notes and actions, organising project information, supporting BIM team or document control processes and assisting with general coordination across the design team.
You’ll also have the chance to shadow Design Managers, attend project meetings where appropriate and learn more about the wider design management process. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your professional skills and understand how multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver major projects.
