Job summary

Parker Hannifin is inviting high-potential engineers to join its two-year EMEA Graduate Program in Wrocław, Poland. This program is designed to accelerate your technical and leadership capabilities through hands-on rotations across manufacturing plants and divisions.

You will gain exposure to engineering challenges, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in Lean and business-improvement initiatives while developing your leadership potential for a bright career ahead.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing).
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach.
• Fluent in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop your expertise in Engineering, working at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions and in support specialist functions.
• Provide a first line of response to Engineering queries from internal and external contacts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility.
• Seek all learning opportunities and develop your knowledge and skills required for each of the roles and from people within your wider team.
• Support the wider team in each placement and participate in lean and business improvement opportunities including High Performance Teams.

• Master’s degree in Engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing)
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
• Fluent in local language and English
• First‑hand experience in project management is a plus
