Responsibilities and QualificationsIn this role as an Associate on the EMEA Engineering COO team, you will partner with cross-divisional teams to support the execution of EMEA Engineering’s strategic priorities. Key initiatives may include supporting location strategy, people strategies, optimizing Engineering-specific processes, and coordinating targeted internal or external meetings.
You will develop a broad understanding of the Engineering organization, IT infrastructure, and the complexities of the financial services industry. You will help the COO team accelerate organizational transformation through clear, structured, and empathetic communication. The value you create will be rooted in data-driven insights, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You will also leverage your advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create executive-ready presentations and manage complex datasets to elevate our Goldman Sachs Engineering brand and streamline business operations.
