is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to shape the Jawor site by planning and delivering buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure for sustainable production. You will work on international projects with internal users, authorities, designers, and contractors to meet safety and KPI targets. The role requires degree in civil/related fields, strong project-management skills, and willingness for occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Strong project-management experience and ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple interfaces (designers, suppliers, contractors) and stakeholders.
• Proactive, clear communication in an international cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Plan infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
• Define scope, technical requirements, specifications, schedules and cost targets.
• Manage procurement documents, bid clarifications and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical services, designers, suppliers and contractors.
• Supervise execution ensuring quality, safety, documentation, timeline and budget.
• Manage risks, changes, commissioning and handover to facilities management.
• Track progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.

As a Civil Project Engineer in the Engineering Department, you will contribute to the development of the Mercedes-Benz Vans plant in Jawor by planning, adapting, and implementing buildings, technical infrastructure, utility networks, and site solutions that enable safe, efficient, and sustainable production.

What You Will Do

• Plan and lead infrastructure projects from initial concept to final handover.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, specifications, schedules, and cost targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or a related field.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, or executing construction, conversion, building-services, utility, or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Strong project-management, analytical, planning, cost-control, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several interfaces and deliverables.
• Open, proactive, and clear communication style, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
• Availability for occasional international travel and on-site project activities.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Additional Advantages

• Polish construction licence to manage civil works in a structural/civil or building-services discipline (CSA or MEP).
