Job summary

Bilfinger Engineering Central Eastern Europe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead energy transition projects in Poland. You will coordinate cross-country teams across Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, and MEP, while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years in energy projects, fluent English and Polish, technical education, and strong planning, budgeting, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects.
• Technical education is required.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage energy transition projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate cross-country project teams across disciplines.
• Lead tender preparation and bid management.
• Ensure quality, budget and progress control.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to procedures.
• Report to stakeholders internally and externally.
