Job summary

Axpo Group Poland invites ambitious newcomers to join the Axpo Energy Academy, a structured development program in energy trading and portfolio management. You will build practical experience across trading processes, valuation, and analytics within an international team.

The programme includes an internship, a temporary contract, and a permanent position, with mentorship, rotations, and long-term career growth in a company shaping the European energy market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Currently completing or recently completed a Master’s degree is ideal.
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in energy markets and trading dynamics.
• Experience with Python and data analysis; knowledge of GCP/SQL is a plus.
• Highly collaborative in an international environment; fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support exchange-traded and bilateral OTC transactions across energy markets
• Prepare valuations and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in developing trading strategies for gas, power, EUAs, and guarantees of origin
• Support sales teams in preparing offers for standard and structured energy products
• Help implement and monitor completed trades and transactions
• Contribute to analytical tools, reporting, and process improvements
