Job summary

Baker Hughes Internship offers hands-on work experience for students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or recent graduates. You will gain insights into processes, systems, and practices aligned to meet customer needs through execution and leading-edge technology.

You will be supported by a buddy and manager, with coaching and mentoring to develop learning and skills, while exploring HS&E culture and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant engineering/tech/STEM or business program.
• Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English; Polish is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work without sponsorship or time restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineering with technical docs, drawings, and reports.
• Support project planning: scheduling, resources, progress tracking.
• Assist engineers with ongoing projects via research, data analysis, and tech support.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, designs and project info; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet deliverables.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance in all situations.
