Baker Hughes is offering an internship program in Warsaw, Poland for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduates. You will gain hands‑on experience with engineering projects, document preparation, and cross‑functional teamwork, supported by mentors and a structured learning plan.

You will participate in focused training, attend team meetings, and present results. The role emphasizes HS&E awareness, diversity, and a strong learning culture in a global energy company.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Engineering team with preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Support project planning activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Assist engineers with ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and providing technical support.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, designs, and project-related information, and prepare reports or documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Engineering team in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and reports.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of Polish is an asset.
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

Salary

The initial fixed pay for this position will be PLN 6350. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
