Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakó w is seeking a System Administrator - Endpoint Management & IT Support on a 4-month hybrid contract. You will manage endpoint devices across Windows, macOS and Linux, deploy automation, and provide Tier 1-3 support in a dynamic IT environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT experience, hands-on with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central, scripting in PowerShell or Bash, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting tools.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux devices.
• Manage software installations, updates and patch deployments.
• Automate routine tasks using endpoint management tools.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across Tier 1-3 support.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory.
• Ensure license compliance, data security and IT policy adherence.
• Monitor system performance and security across all endpoints.
