A global tech company in Poland is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to enhance employee relations. This role requires fluency in Polish and English, extensive experience in labor relations, and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will build positive employee relationships, ensure compliance with legislation, and support HR initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly across various locations in Poland.
We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager to play a critical role in the development of the employee relations agenda in Poland.
This role can be located at any one of our sites in Poland for the right candidate.
We are seeking a progressive, hands‑on, customer‑obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee relations agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high‑performance customer obsessed culture.
The ER Manager will report to the Senior Employee Relations Manager. The role will require a level of geographical flexibility in base location within Poland.
